Ask which decision is next
It is the commonest question we get and the quickest to answer. Everything else — the figure, the vehicle, the crew — follows from knowing where on the schedule you actually are.
If you only have a date
That is enough to start. A confirmed date sets the council and building clocks running, and those are the two deadlines that cannot be recovered later.
We will ask about volume and access next, but the date is the thing to tell us first if it is the only thing you are sure of.
If you have no date at all
Also fine, and a better moment to survey than most people think. With the volume settled and the restricted list cleared, a date can be acted on the day it appears rather than starting a scramble.
If something went wrong
Write and say so plainly. Your booking contract covers claims and the time limits on them, and we would far rather deal with it directly than leave you reading clauses on your own.
